Olympian Homes together with main contractor RG Group, were privileged to support the creation of the Ian Coates Memorial Garden at Huntingdon Academy in Nottingham. In September 2018, Zena Ltd / Olympian Homes Ltd commenced work on the demolition phase of Hume House Leeds, marking the start of the construction phase of the 752 unit student scheme Altus House, Merrion Way Leeds. Overcoming several difficulties in the make-up of the existing structure during this cycle and then tricky ground conditions through piling, the site construction team liberated the time on overcoming these challenges and achieved completion of the ground floor slab coupled with one lift of core, on 20 June 2019, right on the programmed Milestone Date.

Forward Sale of Cambridge Hotel Site Completed

Contracts were exchanged and completed on the forward sale of the 138 bed Travelodge development in Orchard Park, Cambridge to Staffordshire County Council Pension Fund. We have entered in to a build contract with Multi-Build / Balfour Beatty and works are due to commence on site late November 2010 with the construction scheduled to complete in July 2011
