Arena Point Topping Out Ceremony
On the 16th of October, the Olympian team joined RG Group on site to celebrate the topping out of our 633 unit PBSA development in Leeds City Centre. Ian Coates Memorial Garden at the Huntingdon Academy, Nottingham
Olympian Homes together with main contractor RG Group, were privileged to support the creation of the Ian Coates Memorial Garden at Huntingdon Academy in Nottingham. Ian was a much-loved caretaker at the academy and was one of three individuals who tragically lost their lives in the Nottingham attacks in June 2023.

Planning Approved for Bristol
Olympian Homes and Whitbread PLC have successfully secured planning approval from Bristol City Council on March 6th to redevelop the former Premier Inn site into an impressive two-tower scheme, featuring 442 PBSA rooms and 132 Co-Living homes. PRACTICAL COMPLETION ACHIEVED AT ALTUS HOUSE
Olympian are pleased to announce completion of the tallest student accommodation building in Northern Europe - Altus House in Leeds, which has achieved Practical Completion (PC). The scheme of 37 floors on Tower House Street, includes 752 student rooms across a total of 23,662 sqm GIFA and has been constructed as a net zero carbon build development. From commencing on site in 01st October 2018 to Practical Completion on 04th August 2021 the build programme took 34 months to complete.

The final pour of the Level 37 roof deck and parapet walls marks another key milestone of the construction progress at Altus House signifying “topping out” at maximum elevation. In parallel the facade has progressed simultaneously and the Techrete panels can now been be seen on the Leeds skyline when approaching the city wrapping the building as its enclosure is progressed to a final conclusion.

Timber collected from the Lamb Street development in Coventry has been reused by Midlands social enterprise Jericho Wood Recycling. The enterprise provides jobs, training and opportunities for the local community and those who are recovering from mental health problems The bench pictured, and others like it, are destined for Birmingham charity The Active Wellbeing Society, which works closely with local communities across the West Midlands to enable and encourage them to develop ways to be active citizens, changing the environment for the better in the process.
