Olympian Homes and Hines are pleased to announce a c.£121m funding agreement which will deliver 519 Built-To-Rent (BTR) riverside apartments in Newcastle with a GIA of 40,000 sq. m. / 430,520 sq. ft.
Residents of the new Pottery Lane development will have extensive views across the River Tyne, quick access to the city centre by foot or public transport, and access to 930 sqm of internal amenity space and 1,414sqm of external amenity space.
Ground investigations, archaeology and work on the sub-structure are already underway. Construction is scheduled to complete April 2027.
