The final pour of the Level 37 roof deck and parapet walls marks another key milestone of the construction progress at Altus House signifying “topping out” at maximum elevation.
In parallel the facade has progressed simultaneously and the Techrete panels can now been be seen on the Leeds skyline when approaching the city wrapping the building as its enclosure is progressed to a final conclusion.
Internal progress follows behind to enclosed areas maintaining coordination with the overall programme that is set to finish for the 2021 academic year.
