Works have commenced today at Lamb Street, Coventry. The completed first phase of the development will deliver 823 bedrooms of purpose built student accommodation, along with a roof terrace on the 17th floor which will take advantage of the uninterrupted views across the city. RG Construction has been engaged as the main contractor. Works are scheduled to complete in time for the 2020/21 academic year.
