Plans have been submitted for the redevelopment of 34 London Road and 2-6 Whitworth Street, Manchester. The part 8, part 14 storey development has been designed by Hodder and Partners and comprises some 105000 sq ft/ 9780 sq m. A decision on whether planning permission will be granted is expected in late June of this year.
