Olympian Homes and Whitbread PLC have successfully secured planning approval from Bristol City Council on March 6th to redevelop the former Premier Inn site into an impressive two-tower scheme, featuring 442 PBSA rooms and 132 Co-Living homes.
A considerable two-thirds of the site will be transformed into public green space, including a new pedestrian pathway that will improve connectivity to Bristol Bus & Coach Station.
Demolition is scheduled to begin in October 2024, with construction anticipated to start in the second half of 2025.
