Our main contractor, Multibuild (part of the Balfour Beatty group) achieved practical completion on the works to deliver 92 new student accommodation units at 21-25 South Lambeth Road & 1 Langley Lane, London. This project has been delivered in 2 phases, with the first phase delivered in February 2013 and already being operated by The Mansion Group.
