Olympian has completed the land purchase at the former Go-Ahead bus depot, Glanville Road, Oxford. Multibuild (part of the Balfour Beatty Group) has been contracted to construct the 112 – room student accommodation scheme, which will be owned and operated by The Mansion Group. Preliminary works have commenced on site, with the first phase scheduled for completion in late December 2012, and the second phase in late March 2013.
