Olympian are pleased to announce that their Great Patrick Street development in Belfast has achieved Practical Completion. The scheme provides 474 purpose built student beds together with a range of amenity spaces which include a cinema room, demonstration kitchen and a private enclosed courtyard. The project has been delivered on time and on budget by main contractor Gilbert Ash. Student Roost the operator of the building is now preparing for the arrival of students in advance of the new academic year.
