Following positive discussions with Newcastle City Council, planning permission has been submitted on the 5 hectare site at Pottery Lane.
The 525 bed development will provide high quality residential accommodation close to the waterfront. As well being a short distance from city centre amenities, the scheme will provide residents with excellent access to transport links as well an uninterrupted view across the Tyne Gorge.
Work onsite is expected from Q3 2020
