Our marketing campaign is now fully underway at our Alfreton Road development. Working closely alongside our operating partners Homes for Students, we look forward to showcasing our show units soon for virtual and in person viewings.

On the 20th November, the Alfreton Road team were hosted on site by contractor RG Group to celebrate the topping out of our 790 bed PBSA scheme. An exceptional turn out including professional team members, funders and RG supply chain gave everyone opportunity to celebrate the shared successes of the scheme so far.

Following a successful funding agreement with Cain International, Olympian is pleased to announce the start of the planned demolition of the Premier Inn and surrounding buildings. The demolition contractor will employ a top-down method, systematically dismantling the building floor by floor.

Olympian is delighted to announce the successful completion of the St James House funding agreement in partnership with Cain International and Apollo. St James House will feature two towers comprising 574 PBSA and Co-Living beds, with practical completion by academic year 2028/2029.

This video shows the penultimate crane lift (5 of 6) on Arena Point, Leeds. Using an internal lift shaft climbing system the team at Falcon tower cranes and JASO have been able to climb 6 pockets in under 2 hours.

Olympian is pleased to announce the successful completion of all ground floor slab and substructure works at our PBSA “Rialto House” project in York. The completion of remediation, an extensive archaeological programme of works followed by the installation of piled foundations and ground floor slab marks the de-risking of the major construction element, representing a significant milestone for the project.

Olympian Homes Ltd is delighted to announce Richard Simpson will join the Company as CEO on 22nd July 2024. Richard has been at the heart of the UK Living sector for the past two decades having previously run the property business at Unite Students as a main board director (2012-2018) and most recently been CEO of Watkins Jones Group (2019-2023).

Olympian are pleased to share that we've successfully completed the ground floor slab, a key milestone in our construction project with thanks to the RG Group and their supply chain partners Murphy and Stephenson’s who have successfully completed the substructure works on programme while navigating the challenges of a tight sight in Leeds City Centre. With the ground risk now mitigated, we look forward to seeing the scheme progress with the concrete frame and elevations now underway.
