This 488 unit BTR development was acquired initially by Olympian back in October 2017 inheriting the concept design that was part of a wider Strategic Regeneration Framework. Following a detailed design development and procurement process, construction commenced on site in September 2022, transforming a once neglected corner of Manchester Piccadilly into a modern residential community.

We can announce that our Co-Living scheme at 56 Marsh Wall, Canary Wharf, has now been granted Gateway 2 permission making it the tallest Co-Living scheme in the UK to get a Gateway 2 approval. The scheme of 46 storeys and 833 studios with an average unit size of 24 sqm is the flagship of Olympian's Vivus Living, the best in class co living brand.

Olympian are delighted to announce that Bond Bryan have received outstanding recognition for their interior design work on our Centre Court scheme in Nottingham, winning both the prestigious Northern Design Awards and the Mix Awards. These awards reflect the creativity, quality, and attention to detail demonstrated throughout the project.

Olympian Homes has now secured Gateway 2 approval for our Haymarket development in Bristol comprising of 442 PBSA & 150 Co-Living units, in two 28 and 18 storey towers, being delivered in partnership with Cain. This outcome has been achieved through a highly collaborative approach, underpinned by the expertise of the project’s design team.

Olympian Homes and HGP are proud to showcase our Alfreton Road PBSA development which completed in August this year delivered by RG Group. The scheme is being operated by Homes For Students under their premium Evo platform.

On the 16th of October, the Olympian team joined RG Group on site to celebrate the topping out of our 633 unit PBSA development in Leeds City Centre. The event brought together representatives from the funding team, design consultants and RG’s supply chain to celebrate this important milestone and the successful completion of the 45-storey (135m) reinforced concrete frame.

Olympian were delighted to welcome the first residents of the 19 affordable and shared ownership homes delivered on our Alfreton Road site in Nottingham. The homes were delivered under the obligations set out in our Section 106 agreement .

Olympian is delighted to announce the successful completion of Centre Court our Nottingham PBSA development. Standing on the former Forest Mill site which had remained derelict for over a decade, the development comprises of 790 student accommodation units alongside 19 affordable homes.
