Olympian & Housing Growth Partnership (HGP) are pleased to announce the successful refinancing of the senior debt on its purpose-built 790 bed student accommodation (PBSA) development, Centre Court, Nottingham. This milestone reflects the strength and quality of the institutional asset, as well as the continued confidence shown by our debt partner Affinius, in the long-term value and potential of the scheme.

Olympian Chairman, Mark Slatter, recently joined Jenna and Jamie Harris on the latest episode of the Reinventing Real Estate Podcast. The episode provided an opportunity to reflect on Mark’s career in Real Estate, his service in the Royal Marines and the experiences that have shaped his leadership approach.

Olympian continued its support of the Adaptive Grand Slam charity through its role as primary sponsor of the AGS Charity Dinner, alongside fellow sponsors Round Hill Capital and Coaching Impact. The evening highlighted the important work of a charity that helps individuals rediscover purpose, confidence and direction through the endeavour of sport, challenge and adventure.

Demolition works are now underway at the former office complex located on our Marsh Wall site in Canary Wharf. Demolition Services are carrying out the demolition of the existing 4-storey office complex using a high-reach demolition method, with the works anticipated to continue for approximately four months.

This 488 unit BTR development was acquired initially by Olympian back in October 2017 inheriting the concept design that was part of a wider Strategic Regeneration Framework. Following a detailed design development and procurement process, construction commenced on site in September 2022, transforming a once neglected corner of Manchester Piccadilly into a modern residential community.

We can announce that our Co-Living scheme at 56 Marsh Wall, Canary Wharf, has now been granted Gateway 2 permission making it the tallest Co-Living scheme in the UK to get a Gateway 2 approval. The scheme of 46 storeys and 833 studios with an average unit size of 24 sqm is the flagship of Olympian's Vivus Living, the best in class co living brand.

Olympian are delighted to announce that Bond Bryan have received outstanding recognition for their interior design work on our Centre Court scheme in Nottingham, winning both the prestigious Northern Design Awards and the Mix Awards. These awards reflect the creativity, quality, and attention to detail demonstrated throughout the project.
