Planning Permission Granted for 790 PBSA units and 19 affordable houses at Alfreton Road, Nottingham
Nottingham City Council has resolved to grant detailed planning permission, subject to S106, for 790 PBSA units and 19 affordable houses following a positive decision by the planning committee on June 22nd. The development will include a Café & Co-Working Space, Study Space, Games Area including Table Tennis, Air Hockey, Fussball and Shuffleboard, Private Dining, Gym, Yoga Studio, Cinema Room, Gaming Booth and a Garden Terrace.

Planning Application Submitted to Tower Hamlets
A planning application was submitted to The London Borough of Tower Hamlets in April 2022. The proposed development will provide 795 co-living studios in a 46-storey building with associated support facilities, including kitchen, living, dining amenity spaces, lower floor community amenity areas, co-working spaces, café, cinema and gym, and upper floor sky lounge amenity spaces, winter gardens and external roof terrace areas.The proposals also include extensive amendments to the public realm and external amenity space within the site.

Martin Hewitt Reaches Summit
In November 2021 Martin Hewitt set off from Hercules Inlet with record-breaking polar explorer Louis Rudd (Director of Expeditions at Shackleton) towards the South Pole on the Olympian Homes sponsored expedition. In a truly astonishing feat of physical and mental endurance, Martin skied over the most inhospitable environment on the planet, across extremely challenging terrain, in sub-zero temperatures and with one fully functioning arm.

Martin Hewitt travelling with arctic guide Louis Rudd are attempting to walk unsupported and unassisted to the South Pole and then climb Mt Vinson, in a world first attempt at the Adaptive Grand Slam and to inspire others with lifelong injuries and disabilities to achieve their goals. The AGS foundation is a charity that provides support for people with physical and mental health challenges to gain or regain independence, confidence and meaningful occupation.
