Contracts were exchanged for the land purchase for a scheme to provide 112 units of student accommodation totalling just over 3100 sq m / 33000 sq ft at Glanville Road, Oxford for The Mansion Group. The construction contract has been awarded to Multibuild (part of the Balfour Beatty group)with works due to start on site on Monday 28th May 2012, with phase one scheduled for completion in late December 2012, and phase 2 completing in late March,2013.
