Olympian is delighted to announce the successful completion of Centre Court our Nottingham PBSA development.
Standing on the former Forest Mill site which had remained derelict for over a decade, the development comprises of 790 student accommodation units alongside 19 affordable homes. The scheme reached completion on the 5th of September 2025 and received HRB registration on 9th September 2025.
We extend our thanks to construction partner, RG Group and their dedicated supply chain who delivered the scheme in under two years.
