Olympian are proud to announce that the Company’s Motel One hotel project at London Road, Manchester has been shortlisted for the RIBA Regional Awards 2016.
The building was designed by Hodder & Partners architects who have produced a design that is sympathetic to the grade 1 listed Fire Station on the opposite side of Whitworth Street and the contrasting mass and modern looks of the Piccadilly Place development on the opposite elevation. The final result is a building that fits well into its surroundings whilst still providing an important landmark on this gateway route into the city.
