Leeds City Council has granted detailed planning approval for Hume House following a positive vote at the planning committee on July 12th.
The 37-storey building, located on Tower House Street, will provide 752 bedrooms of purpose built student accommodation, along with a roof terrace on the 35th floor which will take advantage of the uninterrupted views across the city.
Works on site are expected to begin in Q3 2018.
