Our Main Contractor, Multibuild (part of the Balfour Beatty Group) achieved Practical Completion on the construction of a 138 room Travelodge hotel at Orchard Park, Cambridge on Wednesday 14th September 2011. The hotel commenced trading on Thursday 15th September 2011.
