Olympian Homes receives planning permission for 795 Co-Living units at Marsh Wall, London

Olympian Homes is pleased to announce the decision of the Tower Hamlets planning committee to approve their application for 795 Co-Living homes in a 46 storey building on the Isle of Dogs.

The development will accommodate residents within intricately designed, fully managed studios. The Co-Living design of the building offers flexible tenancy agreements of varying lengths as well as an integrated community approach in which every resident has access to shared cooking and leisure space on every floor. Residents will also have full access to the lower floor amenity areas, co-working spaces, café, cinema, gym, winter gardens, external amenity space and the three storey sky lounge on the 43-45th floors.

The building will also benefit the wider community in Tower Hamlets with a payment in-lieu of £47.9m to build new affordable housing in the borough. The local economy will also benefit from the creation of construction, supply chain and building management related jobs as well as associated training in each of these fields.

Works on site are expected August 2023.
