Olympian submitted a full detailed planning application today for a 36 storey purpose-built student accommodation scheme in Leeds City Centre.
The proposed application provides 754 cluster and studio bedrooms and will offer residents uninterrupted views across the city from the sky-lounge and roof terrace on the 36th floor.
Olympian are targeting a start on site later this year with a completion for the 2021/22 academic year.
