On the 16th of July 2025, the Pottery Lane project team came together to celebrate the Topping Out of the developments RC frame.
Bringing together project partners, construction teams and design consultants, the event was a moment to celebrate the effort and determination behind this success.
This development highlights the strong partnership between Olympian Homes, HINES & RG Group, as we work together to deliver 519 BTR homes along the banks of the river Tyne in Newcastle.
This project is scheduled to complete early 2027.
