In September 2018, Zena Ltd / Olympian Homes Ltd commenced work on the demolition phase of Hume House Leeds, marking the start of the construction phase of the 752 unit student scheme Altus House, Merrion Way Leeds.
Overcoming several difficulties in the make-up of the existing structure during this cycle and then tricky ground conditions through piling, the site construction team liberated the time on overcoming these challenges and achieved completion of the ground floor slab coupled with one lift of core, on 20 June 2019, right on the programmed Milestone Date.
Our congratulations are extended to all involved as work now continues with the slip forming of the cores onwards and upwards to the next Milestone at level 37.
