Olympian Homes has now secured Gateway 2 approval for our Haymarket development in Bristol comprising of 442 PBSA & 150 Co-Living units, in two 28 and 18 storey towers, being delivered in partnership with Cain.
This outcome has been achieved through a highly collaborative approach, underpinned by the expertise of the project’s design team.

With approval now in place, construction will commence immediately with appointed contractor RG Group. Completion is scheduled for mid-2028.
