Olympian Homes and HGP are proud to showcase our Alfreton Road PBSA development which completed in August this year delivered by RG Group. The scheme is being operated by Homes For Students under their premium Evo platform.

On the 16th of October, the Olympian team joined RG Group on site to celebrate the topping out of our 633 unit PBSA development in Leeds City Centre. The event brought together representatives from the funding team, design consultants and RG’s supply chain to celebrate this important milestone and the successful completion of the 45-storey (135m) reinforced concrete frame.

Olympian were delighted to welcome the first residents of the 19 affordable and shared ownership homes delivered on our Alfreton Road site in Nottingham. The homes were delivered under the obligations set out in our Section 106 agreement .

Olympian is delighted to announce the successful completion of Centre Court our Nottingham PBSA development. Standing on the former Forest Mill site which had remained derelict for over a decade, the development comprises of 790 student accommodation units alongside 19 affordable homes.

Olympian Homes are pleased to announce the successful completion of 19 affordable homes adjacent to our Centre Court, PBSA site. The development formed part of the S106 agreement which was executed in 2022.

We are pleased to announce the successful completion of our Rialto House development in York. Completed on the 23rd of July 2025, the scheme delivers 275 high-quality purpose-built student accommodation units, contributing to the growing demand for modern student living in the city.

On the 16th of July 2025, the Pottery Lane project team came together to celebrate the Topping Out of the developments RC frame. Bringing together project partners, construction teams and design consultants, the event was a moment to celebrate the effort and determination behind this success.

Olympian Homes together with main contractor RG Group, were privileged to support the creation of the Ian Coates Memorial Garden at Huntingdon Academy in Nottingham. Ian was a much-loved caretaker at the academy and was one of three individuals who tragically lost their lives in the Nottingham attacks in June 2023.
