Coventry City Council have announced a £3,381,807.81 worth of social value contribution has been generated in relation to the development of Lamb Street, Coventry. This significant sum will contribute towards supporting the local community and creating job opportunities.

The first fix is now active on 24 floors of this development and fit out is underway with drylining now underway on 19 levels. Five windy days within the last month have resulted in cranes being unavailable.

Coventry City Council has granted approval for the reserved matters application for Lamb Street The 19 storey building located on  Lamb Street, will provide 823 bedrooms of purpose built student accommodation in the first phase, along with a roof terrace on the  17th floor which will take advantage of the uninterrupted views across the city. Works on site are expected to begin in Q4 2018.
