A planning application for 140 houses has been submitted to and registered by Salford Borough Council. The application is expected to be heard by October 2013.

Contracts were exchanged on 31st July 2013 for the land sale and full funding of construction works with the BAE Systems Pension Fund. Olympian has exchanged contracts for the purchase of 10 acres of former industral land on Green Lane, Salford,Manchester, subject to planning being granted for a minimum of 150 houses. A planning application is due to be lodged in the coming months.
