Olympian completed the land purchase of the site on Alfreton Road, Nottingham 1st October 2021 and is now progressing a planning application for a PBSA and affordable housing scheme.
Olympian exchanged contracts with Maryland securities Ltd and Forest Investments Ltd for the purchase of the freehold property at Alfreton Road, Nottingham 6th August 2021.
