Ian Coates Memorial Garden at the Huntingdon Academy, Nottingham
Olympian Homes together with main contractor RG Group, were privileged to support the creation of the Ian Coates Memorial Garden at Huntingdon Academy in Nottingham. Ian was a much-loved caretaker at the academy and was one of three individuals who tragically lost their lives in the Nottingham attacks in June 2023.

Olympian Homes and Housing Growth Partnership have completed an £110m Joint Venture funding agreement to deliver 790 PBSA beds and 19 affordable family homes in Nottingham city centre. Forest Mill, on Alfreton Road, will include a café and co-working space, games area, private dining, gym, yoga studio, cinema room and extensive landscaping.

Planning Permission Granted for 790 PBSA units and 19 affordable houses at Alfreton Road, Nottingham
Nottingham City Council has resolved to grant detailed planning permission, subject to S106, for 790 PBSA units and 19 affordable houses following a positive decision by the planning committee on June 22nd. The development will include a Café & Co-Working Space, Study Space, Games Area including Table Tennis, Air Hockey, Fussball and Shuffleboard, Private Dining, Gym, Yoga Studio, Cinema Room, Gaming Booth and a Garden Terrace.
