This 488 unit BTR development was acquired initially by Olympian back in October 2017 inheriting the concept design that was part of a wider Strategic Regeneration Framework. Following a detailed design development and procurement process, construction commenced on site in September 2022, transforming a once neglected corner of Manchester Piccadilly into a modern residential community. The scheme delivers professionally managed apartments, alongside high-quality amenity spaces and public realm, contributing meaningfully to the continued regeneration and growth of the area.
We extend our thanks to construction partner RG Group and their dedicated supply chain who delivered this scheme more than a month ahead of the contractual Date for Completion.
