Planning permission was granted by Manchester City Council on 26th July 2012 for the redevelopment of 34 London Road and 2 – 6 Whitworth Street, Manchester. The part 8, part 14 storey development has been designed by Hodder and Partners, and comprises some 105000 sq ft/ 9780 sq m. Detailed design work is now taking place, with a start on site anticipated in early 2013.
