CONTRACTS EXCHANGED TO ACQUIRE LAND AT POTTERY LANE, NEWCASTLE.

Olympian has exchanged contracts to acquire the 5 hectare development land at Pottery Lane, Newcastle for residential accommodation.

A planning application will shortly be submitted to Newcastle City Council to construct two blocks consisting of residential units, together with associated ancillary and public realm space connecting to the waterfront.

The site is within close proximity to Newcastle City Centre, Mainline and Metro stations with elevated views along the Tyne gorge. Development of this land will provide high quality residential accommodation, the regeneration of a long derelict brownfield site as well as an aesthetic uplift to the area as a city gateway.
