The development consits of a total of 38 residential units (including 10 shared ownership) and associated underground car parking and communal roof garden, along with an 8500 sq ft retail unit let to Sainsburys. Construction of the building commenced in 2008, with completion taking place in a number of phases through 2009 and 2010.
